Whether you wish to journey inward, discover your voice, or explore self-guided movement to sound, this approach invites the body to attune to its natural rhythms, fostering a sense of safety, presence, and aliveness. Hands-on techniques can also be incorporated to deepen the experience and enhance the body’s healing process.
